Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account
• OAuth tokens required to access your Google Business Profile data
• Your Google Business Profile locations and their reviews (fetched on your request)

2. How we use your data

We use the data solely to provide the Revvy service:

• Display your business locations and reviews in your dashboard
• Store synced review data so you can access it without re-fetching

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Google API data

Revvy uses the Google Business Profile API to fetch your locations and reviews. Use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data storage

Your data is stored in a secured Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use a signed, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your rights

You can:

• Revoke Revvy's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account permissions
• Request deletion of all your data by emailing us
