1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Revvy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revvy is a web application that connects to your Google Business Profile to display and manage your Google Maps reviews in a centralized dashboard.

3. Google Account and Permissions

To use Revvy, you must sign in with a Google account that has access to one or more Google Business Profile locations. By granting Revvy access, you authorize us to read your Business Profile data on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google Account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Interfere with other users or the infrastructure of the Service

5. Availability

We aim to keep Revvy available but do not guarantee uptime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
